2. Unwrap and Prepare: Remove the pad from its wrapper. You’ll see a long adhesive strip on the back covered by a paper strip. Peel off this paper to expose the sticky side.
3. Place the Pad: Position the pad centered in your underwear, with the adhesive side down. Press firmly to make sure it sticks properly.
4. Secure the Wings (if available): If your pad has wings, remove the protective strips from the wings, wrap them around the sides of your underwear, and press to attach.
5. Check and Adjust: Make sure the pad is comfortable and covers the necessary area. Change your pad every 4–6 hours, or more often on heavy flow days, to maintain freshness and prevent leaks.
6. Disposal: After removal, wrap the used pad in toilet paper or its original wrapper and discard it in a trash bin. Do not flush it down the toilet. With these simple steps, using a sanitary pad becomes easy, comfortable, and reliable.
